Robert Half is partnering with a reputable and established Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm who is hiring a paralegal with 5+ years who will assist with complex plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to trial. Responsibilities:

Managing plaintiff litigation case from inception (pre-suit) to conclusion (trial/settlement)

Case management from inception to conclusion of cases in State and Federal Courts.

Proficient in State and Federal Court Rules and Procedures

Preparing draft discovery responses and draft routine motions

Requirements

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish- verbal and written skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; as well as Courtmap and E-Filing with Pacer

Strong work ethic

Work well under pressure and deadlines

Excellent communication skills and a team player
