Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Paralegal to join our team in WEST CHESTER, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys handling family law cases. Your responsibilities will span case management, document drafting, legal research and direct interaction with clients, opposing counsels and experts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in effectively managing family law cases including divorce, child custody, support, adoption, and name change cases.

• Organize, review, and analyze cases to determine the next step and resolution strategy.

• Draft necessary pleadings and documents, including letters, complaints, stipulations, proposed orders, and research memos.

• Handle requests for production of documents and interrogatories, and provide responses to those offered by other parties.

• Review client documentation and prepare summaries related to business income and marital estates.

• Manage calendar, schedule hearings, conferences, depositions, and settlement conferences.

• Conduct investigations, gather information, and document relevant facts for decision making.

• Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis Nexis, Accurint, and other search engines and databases.

• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.

• Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients, managing both legal and emotional aspects of cases.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, Microsoft Excel

• Experience with billing functions, briefing, calendar management, claim administration, complaint handling, and family law. Requirements • Must possess at least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is required

• Experience with Case Management Software is essential

• Familiarity with LexisNexis is a must

• Strong knowledge of Management System is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Billing Functions is necessary

• Ability to handle Briefing tasks efficiently

• Experience in Calendar Management is required

• Must be skilled in Claim Administration

• Proficiency in Complaint Handling is necessary

• Experience in Family Law is highly desirable
