　　The Associate Project Manager is responsible for delivering business value through effective project management of multiple small strategic deliverables of assigned programs across multiple regions and medical groups of Providence St. Joseph Health and is accountable to the Executive Sponsor for the assigned programs

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience

　　Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

　　3 years Managing/coordinating multiple small to medium size projects to achieve identified project milestones or objectives.

　　Use of prior project management methodology.

　　Lean or Six Sigma exposure.

　　Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a professional demeanor.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Upon hire: Lean or Six Sigma Certification.

　　Upon hire: PMP/ Project Management certification.

　　Project management experience in an ambulatory care environment.

　　Experience with Lean Production.
