Job Description:

　　We are currently seeking a Tri-Lingual (English, French, and Spanish) Paralegal to join our Boart Longyear team. This is a remote, 12-month contract position, with a potential for full time transition. The successful candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Associates Degree or Certification in a related field, Bachelors Degree preferred

　　Minimum of 2 years related experience

　　Fluent in English, French, and Spanish

　　Experience managing and collaborating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

　　Familiarity with corporate governance principles and practices

　　Experience with legal technology and document management systems

　　Excellent organizational skills

　　Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage deadlines from various regional offices

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
