A boutique Personal Injury plaintiff firm in DTLA is seeking a bilingual Paralegal to immediately assist their team.
The ideal Personal Injury Paralegal will feel confident in the following duties:
court rules and procedures for both Federal and California Superior Courts
E-file (State and Federal)
prepare, format and edit legal documents such as pleadings.
preparing TOC/TOA
discovery and correspondence
subpoenaing employment records
Trial preparation
Support attorney through all stages of project work
Study, analyze and review complex legal documents
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Must have 3+ years of relevant experience, this role doesn't provide training
Paralegal certification is a plus
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
