  Salary:

  $44,400 - $50,400 (Experience-dependent)

  Responsibilities:

  Maintain accurate books, adhering to accounting best practices.Handle General Ledger maintenance and reconcile bank accounts promptly.Prepare timely fiscal reports, including profit and loss statements, expense analyses, and tax returns.Post necessary Journal Entries, assist with closing entries, and manage travel advances for staff.Review trial balances, maintain prepaid insurance schedules, and oversee asset subsidiary ledgers.Collaborate with insurance for coverage applications and renewals, ensuring compliance.Verify accuracy of quarterly payroll tax reports and prepare workers' compensation schedules.Coordinate travel arrangements, analyze project information, and calculate interest on financial transactions.Other Duties:

  Provide support for payroll processing and accounts payable.Assist with reception duties and interoffice material routing.Perform tasks assigned by the Controller.Requirements:

  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting is a plus.Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.How to Apply
