　　Position Summary

　　Hose Fabricators operate a variety of manufacturing equipment to create hose and fitting assemblies and perform tests and quality checks on finished products.

　　Responsibilities

　　-Performs hose assembly, and ensures standard work process is followed, in a Work Center team environment

　　-Operates and set-up of manufacturing equipment and saws

　　-Performs daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment

　　-Conducts in-process inspection and enters work order data into router

　　-Accounts for and properly disposes of scrap

　　-Communicates work-flow problems and equipment needs to Team Lead and/or Supervisor

　　-Understands and supports Corporate initiatives such as LEAN

　　-Exercise good housekeeping in work area 5S plus Safety

　　-Overtime as deemed necessary

　　-Other duties as may be assigned

　　-High school degree or GED

　　-Demonstrated knowledge of Hose Product assembly, Standard Work and equipment operation and set-up

　　-Good math and measuring skills, including the ability to convert fractions and decimals

　　-Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills

　　-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
