  DuPont Water Solutions (DWS), a $1.5B global business, is a key purification leader in the industrial water and wastewater space offering a portfolio of technologies to provide water for cooling, boiler feed and process water meeting critical performance requirements for reliable manufacturing operations.   The Americas Regional Commercial Leader role will be instrumental in leading the business at the North America and Latin American regional level to ensure the business financial targets are met. Responsible for a $400MM portfolio and reporting to the global VP GM for DuPont Water Solutions, this position will be focusing on Top KPIs such as:

  Delivering on the business financial commitments with focus on profitable growth (price, volume, revenue) and management of cash flow (AR, inventory, and SARD) of the regional business

  Developing and growing with current and new customers resulting in market share expansion

  Role-modeling core values and building a world class commercial team

  Key Responsibilities:

  Delivering on business financial commitments with focus on profitable growth (price, volume, revenue) and management of cash flow (AR, inventory, and SARD) of the regional businessAchieve volume and pricing balance: Granular focus on demand generation and pricing management to ensure that the region is meeting revenue and margin plans

  Ensure meeting revenue goals from recently completed acquisitions as well as new order entry goals

  Ensure management of AR, regional inventory level (from BSS), and SARD (hiring and T&E)

  Develop and grow with current and new customers resulting in market share expansion (both direct & distributors)Actively identify and close new accounts through research of the market

  Grow existing customers by obtaining new orders and scheduling promotions to increase sales

  Visit customer on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship, understand their business environment and inform them of new products and/or product transitions

  Plan and submit sales forecast and work with management to insure good product availability

  Role-modeling core values and build a world class regional commercial team of approximately 30 sales professionals as a Leader of LeadersDrive commercial discipline to upgrade the commercial excellence of the regional sales team

  Drive development of key commercial competencies

  Provide on-time feedback and follow up on development actions and assessment to team

  Qualifications:

  Skills/Capabilities:

  Bachelor's degree with MBA or advanced degree in relevant field, preferred.

  Excellent business and financial acumen; 10+ years in sales (including sales management) and/or business development expected

  Deep understanding of the Water industry, technology, and filtration manufacturing process is preferred

  Clear and concise communication skills with all levels of the organization and externally with customers

  Ability to drive decisions and implement plans across all stakeholders

  Demonstrated people leader with the ability to build diverse winning teams

  Demonstrated experience driving business decisions based on data, scenario modeling, and strategic alignment

  Strong execution focus and ability to connect across the entire organization to drive delivery of financial commitments

  Behavior:

  Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing others and inspiring trusts to achieve results

  Ability to self-initiate and self-manage complex cross-functional project activity

  Ability to travel up to 40-50% of time, some international, to different customers

  Team player with excellent interpersonal, data and options analysis with unbiased views from historic perspective

  The Pay range for this role is $158,620.00 - $249,260.00 Annual

  How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
