Provid i ng financial, administrative and clerical support to the Procurement and Accounts Payable Departments by ensuring Supplier setups comply with controls, and established policies and procedures. Assist in resolving noted exceptions of Savage’s standard terms and conditions during supplier setup. Ensure any missing data or open issues are resolved timely and accurately. Support initial supplier discovery efforts to establish Savage’s P2P system communication method within Coupa.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier setups
Validate supplier bank/payment method updates
Review and record supplier requested Credit Applications
Updating supplier profile and similar internal records (addresses, remittance, etc.)
Produce New Supplier Listing Report and Supplier Reports as needed
Participate in the development of efficient business processes
Respond to supplier inquiries
Ensure that company policies and procedures are being strictly followed
Supporting and completing special projects as assigned
General filing and scanning of documents
Communicating with Operations Team Members to provide status of supplier setup as requested
Assisting Procurement System Administrator with supplier Coupa P2P implementation
Responsibilities are not all inclusive and may change based on the need of the company
What You Need to Be Successful:
2 + years professional work experience
Strong Computer Proficiency (Required)
Windows File Explorer (Files) – download, manipulate, organize, store, managing, etc
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) – at minimum ability to filter, sort, and format
Ability to learn new software quickly
Working across multiple screens and open applications
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Eye for detail and accuracy in day-to-day activities
High ethical standards
Effective problem-solving ability and able to follow direction
Physical Requirements:
Work is predominantly in a professional office environment. Will be exposed to hazardous materials typical in an office setting. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
