　　Job Description:

　　This position is responsible for assisting the instructional design team in creating a wide variety of multimedia assets and Canvas pages to be used in online courses. In addition, this position is responsible for quality review and tracking the progress of work.

　　Job Duties:

　　Assist with developing online curriculum, including adding information to the learning management system Canvas

　　Modify original presentation slide designs and interactions to improve instructional design, usability, user motivation, and/or visual design characteristics

　　Create, modify, comment, and track changes in documents using Microsoft Office and Google Drive

　　Track and update tasks in the project management system, TeamWork

　　Special notes to the applicants:

　　Two days a week remote is an option after working in the department for 60 days, and may require periodic travel between East Campus and main campus. Must be able to start within 4 weeks of accepting the offer.

　　Expected Salary:

　　$25.00/hr

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Background in online learning, learning theories, instructional design, graphic/visual design, computer-based training, and an ability to effectively collaborate. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing and in person. Ability to problem solve.
