Job Title: Operator-2^nd^ Shift

　　Position Location: Novo Precision Bristol, CT Shift: M-TH 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday 1:30PM-5:30PM/ flexibility required/ Ability to work OT

　　

Position Summary:The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a long history of taking ownership of setting up, programming, operating, modifying, troubleshooting, and making minor repairs on wire forming machines during production.Primary Responsibilities:

　　Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification.Read and interpret measurements, blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions.Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems.Qualifications:

　　Good mechanical skills/understanding of precision componentsProblem solving/analysisTechnical capabilityAggressive Learner and desire to be very hands onAbility to work Overtime as neededBenefits:
