JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a .Net Technical Lead at ALTA IT Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing Microsoft technology-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft Technology Stack, web services/APIs, and other related technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in the successful delivery of .Net projects.
Utilize expertise in ASP.NET, Web Forms, C#.NET, and the Core Framework to develop robust solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, and functions.
Work with Web Services/APIs, including SOAP and Restful Services, and handle data formats such as XML and JSON.
Familiarity with tools like SoapUI, Postman, or other COTS test/execution utilities.
Additional familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kibana (nice to have).
Collaborate in an Agile environment, utilizing Git style Source Control (BitBucket and GitHub).
Experience with Jira Project/Task Management.
Proficient in Windows Server, IIS, and client/server communications.
Understanding of NTLM and Certificate-Based Authentication.
Knowledge of network topologies and technologies.
Provide expertise in system design and architecture.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose/resolve issues on the fly.
Review error messages and logs to identify problems or potential areas of improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a .Net Developer or Technical Lead.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Technology Stack.
Experience with web services/APIs and related technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
