This is an on-site position. This person can sit out of our Grand Island, NY location or our Ashville, NC location.

Working within the Global Commercial Platforms team of the Life Sciences Commercial Operations organization, the Operations Administrator - Lead Management will lead cross-functional and cross-divisional programs, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, project management and process optimization.
What will you do?
Maintain lead management operations and drive incremental process improvements to reduce lag times from data generation to lead funnel.
Provide customer service for internal marketing partners throughout the lead management process.
Efficiently coordinate and program handle a high-volume of marketing data generated from multiple sources.
Influence lead generation and digital marketing strategy from an operational standpoint by reporting
and identifying trends.
Assess campaign efficiency by analyzing metrics across data sources to increase return on investment.
Drive the improvement of CRM data quality by collaborating with sales operations and encouraging compliance with data standards, along with adoption of new processes, among marketers.
Document and prioritize resources to drive education of operational procedures to a global audience.
Collaborate with IT to support user acceptance testing of new software and fixes to existing platforms.
Provide training of CRM system operations, functions, benefits, and changes to regional CRM teams and business partners
How will you get here?
BA/BS in business administration, marketing, analytics, or applicable technical field.
2+ years of working with marketing data
2+ years of experience in business reporting or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and other marketing technology products.
Proficient in Data analysis and interpretation.
Highly analytical with attention to detail, excellent written and interpersonal skills and strong teamwork, work ethic and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, flexible, and can work under pressure with associated deadlines.
Eager to collaborate, innovate, and improve.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00–$60,000.00.
