As a business analysis manager on the Channel Development finance team, you will prepare business performance reports, collaborate with the brand team to ensure the success of the Global Coffee Alliance, and guide our annual and quarterly forecasts with Nestle as needed.
As a business analysis manager supporting Global Coffee Alliance, you will…
Develop Business Cases and conduct ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions around innovation programs. Lead analyses of net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI) and profit loss (P&L). Conducts research, creates financial models, and defines appropriate financial measures. Quantify opportunities and risk and recommends alternatives. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management.
Support establishment of standardized business review framework to communicate insights to Field Senior Leadership while bolstering financial acumen.
Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and co-creation through peer leadership, ideation, and escalating issues/concerns.
Review new business proposals, identifies issues, risk and opportunities. Execute financial due diligence and explains ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress.
Work with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes. Consult with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead the forecast and budget planning process for the Channel Development organization. Analyze period activity and communicate business insights for the budget/forecast presentations to business budget owners, inclusive of recommended actions.
Support month-end close process, reporting and perform variance analysis.

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning (7 years)
Applicable retail industry experience (5 years)
Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams (5 years)
Making recommendations to decision makers (5 years)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to effectively present information to senior leaders
Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontality throughout the organization and with cross- functional teams.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
Ability to quickly identify the information needed to evaluate new business situations and to collect and organize appropriate quantitative and qualitative information
Working knowledge of Essbase / Hyperion preferred
