Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Washington to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities.

　　Service areas to incorporate: Greater Seattle Metro

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide face to face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

　　Assess patient’s mental status based on symptoms.

　　Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.

　　Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.

　　Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

　　Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

　　W2 Billable Hour or 1099 Independent Contractor

　　Requirements

　　Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.

　　Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA)

　　Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees)

　　1 year of Geri Psych Experience.

　　1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

　　Skills

　　Basic computer knowledge.

　　Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).

　　Excellent written communication.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Strong interpersonal skills.

　　Flexible and able to work under stressful situations.

　　Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

　　$63.00 to $88.00 per Billable Hour, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.

　　Compensation determined based on pay model preferred, experience, and licensure.
