　　Your role here

　　You will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of the digital business leads received via our website. In addition, helping to growing the company’s online business by selling and relationship-building will be a main focus.

　　Essential Functions

　　Initiate initial sales activity through online lead follow-up, online quote requests, and offline orders as required to best service the small to medium customers with stock packaging needs.

　　Post initial sale or contact, ensure the ongoing accountant maintenance is facilitated through the website and online tools.

　　Find new opportunities through customer outreach and industry research, working closely with all team members to ensure every aspect of the business from inventory to digital marketing supports our customers’ needs and helps drive online sales growth.
