　　Position Summary:

　　The primary purpose of the cardiovascular program coordinator position is to assist the Surgical Director in the implementation and coordination of the cardiovascular program and services. Additionally provides leadership by working cooperatively and effectively with physicians, ancillary staff and other administrative and support personnel in maintaining the standards of surgical practice in the multidisciplinary clinical setting.

　　Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

　　Required SkillsCertifications:Basic Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire

　　Licenses:Surgical Tech Certification or First Assist Certification (CST/FA)or RN required on hire.
