The individual in this position will oversee the daily operations of the customer service team to support the garbage collection and trash disposal services for the communities it serves.
The ideal candidate will also administer internal and external compliance of ODOT, IFTA, and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance for fleet of vehicles, trailers and other miscellaneous moving equipment and ensure registration and licensing compliance with all Federal and State motor vehicle regulations.

Support company operations by maintaining office systems and daily operations of the customer service team.Evaluate and analyze performance metrics, trends in product and delivery of exceptional customer service.Active involvement with execution of company operational policies, procedures, and compliance to facilitate a quality customer service experience by using a variety of customer channels (phone, email, etc.)Maintains office services by reviewing and approving supply requisitions, scheduling expenditures, controlling, and filing correspondence and confidential files.Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Assures a system of appropriate cash handling, recordkeeping of billing activity and other internal controls.
[Reporting and Compliance:]{.underline}
Manages all aspects of the fleet of vehicles in relation to ODOT, DOT, IFTA, and FMCSA compliance and records management for a multi-agency fleet.Performs licensing, registration, permitting, and titling functions for the assigned fleet.Ensures annual registration, insurance, and licensing comply with company policy and state/federal guidelines.Obtain, track, and renew all registrations, titles, permits, and plates.Coordinates the receipt, disposal, and/or sale of the vehicle(s) to maximize utilization of the vehicle(s).Assists in coordinating the transfer and relocation of company vehicles or equipment as the company assignment changes.Coordinates with staff to maintain a complete inventory of all vehicles and equipment, along with property damage.Maintain equipment files and truck binders.Issuance of insurance to verify proof of insurance.Stay current on all state and federal DOT rules, regulations, and legislation to ensure the company is in full compliance.Qualifications:

[Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:]{.underline}
A minimum of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Five years' relevant work experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for the job.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
