The Human Resources Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining HR-related processes and programs and works closely with the HR team and senior management in supporting organizational processes globally. This position carries out, or ensures completion of, duties within a range of functional areas, including but not limited to, compensation and payroll, benefits administration, global employment law compliance for all of Infinity Globals offices, policy implementation, employee relations and engagement, and new employee onboarding.
The Human Resources Manager will be expected to provide high-quality supervision and guidance to direct reports, including coaching, training and corrective action as needed and appropriate. As such, this person will operate with a high degree of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion in HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide sufficient training and supervision of HR and office admin staff, including conducting periodic performance reviews.Oversee payroll and benefits administration; assist with the benefit renewal process and manage benefit open enrollment activities.Manage New Hire Onboarding process including but not limited to, pre-employment activities, HR and IT orientation, coordinating travel details, etc.Proactively implement and oversee administration of various HR policies and procedures that support the business strategy.Direct employee appreciation programs and other employee-centered company events with creativity and a clear understanding of what matters to employees.Engage with business leaders to proactively address concerns, including consulting on employee job change or termination matters. Conduct exit interviews.Foster productive relationships with employees and HR through timely and open communication.Develop and oversee the company global facilities programs, including space allocations and maintenance contracts.Provide HR expertise and ensure legal compliance in HR matters globally, including oversight of international labor contractsMaintain compliance with various safety program training requirements for all locations. Monitor safety concerns in office environments.Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performedParticipate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars, as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or 5+ years of HR experienceAdditional 3-5 years of experience performing duties as a Human Resources Manager is required.International HR experience is a plusAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in all tasksProficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP Workforce Now, E Verify and PaychexMust possess a high degree of professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop rapport, trust, and positive working relationships with all employeesAbility to travel both in-country and globally is requiredPERKS AND BENEFITS
