　　Responsibilities

　　The Rental Center Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Rental Center, developing and maintaining an effective marketing plan which details the steps to take in order to improve the success of the company. This individual manages the activities of all Rental Center related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of performance targets. The Rental Center Manager communicates with customers, rental agents and dealership personnel in the execution of his/her duties.

　　Conduct face-to-face sales calls in order to obtain new business

　　Attend/host outside sales meetings or events to promote the company and location

　　Continue to increase the market penetration of the company and increase revenue

　　Maintain rental fleet at optimum level for maximum utilization, with a focus on exceptional maintenance standards

　　Actively participate in the hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management of the Rental Agents

　　Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues

　　Quotes cost of rental car

　　Qualifications

　　Previous experience in the rental car industry, is a plus

　　Excellent interpersonal communication skills

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills

　　Working knowledge of computers

　　Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in your state of residence
