  As the tandem Office Manager & People Experience Specialist, you will support key day-to-day management and long term initiatives in our London office. This is a high-impact role integral to our continued growth strategy and the support of our most valuable asset, our amazing people.

  Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager you’ll be responsible for a host of varied and super interesting tasks that help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for our UK team. We are in the office 3 days per week, and as the Office Manager we expect that you will be available to be in the office more than 3 days per week if the need arises. The goal is to make Yotpo London a destination for collaboration where the team wants to be. 

  The job is a mix of a traditional Office Manager and People Experience Manager. In this role, you will work to provide office management and team support to the UK office. We're looking for someone who will consistently remain highly organized in a fast paced, changing environment. A curiosity for how things work and the ability to develop high-trust relationships is essential. 

  Lead day to day office logistics, operations, and administration including office supply orders and stocking, catering orders, snacks / breakfasts / lunches, and hardware Support the planning and execution of team events including: in-office events, department offsites, team lunches, happy hours, end of quarter parties, and more Partner with building maintenance and security and other third parties, including cleaning, HVAC, IT and other facilities vendors, to ensure the office is running smoothly Support the company’s office-arrival policy and create the best work environment to encourage people to attend - rearrange seating plan, comfortable working areas etc. Prepare a monthly Facilities report based on the Facilities department’s guidelines. Supporting our team’s around company events or conferences Celebrating team members Birthdays/ work anniversaries Enhancing the office experience from a logistics as well as an environment/culture perspective  - make sure it’s a great place for the team and external visitors  Manage the office budgets Liaise with the our Global People Experience teams and be part of the Global Facilities & Operations team Attending meetings with senior management as needed Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on; Holiday and Sickness tracking Support the EMEA GM with some administrative tasks such as expenses  Organising induction programmes for new employees Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date About you:

  2+ years of prior facilities or office management experience (or similar) Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and seeing projects from start to finish Collaborative, positive and team-spirited A ‘people’ person with a can-do, positive and humble attitude Organized, with a bias to action Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and associated programs Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Bonus points for:

  Experience in fast-growing tech start up.  Any experience working with SMS, Marketing Automation or for an eCommerce brand. If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay!
