Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in executive support, project management, or event planning.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications: Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a changing work environment, prioritize multiple functions, tasks, projects and manage work time efficiently.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000-$104,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book extensive national and international travel, organize onsite and internal events for directors and clients in Latin America, and schedule facilities and equipment). Coordinate duties for multiple offices. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with the manager's guidance. Interacting with high-level executives both inside and outside of Google and perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Support the team in Execution activities such as Purchase Order creation, Invoice management, Team Meeting content, local events and also manage small projects. Be a role model of Google's culture by helping to develop and cultivate excitement, positivism, and productivity in the organization.
