Description Robert Half is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Summer Office Clerk to join a growing manufacturing firm in Bergen County, NJ. This position is ideal for someone looking for a short-term summer opportunity. In this role, you will support the team with a a critical project, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during the busy summer season.

Key Responsibilities: -Assist with gathering important documentation and importing them to the company server -Organize, file, and maintain digitized files within the company server -Handle Light Data entry -Oversee quality control of data Requirements -Experience working within software systems preferred -Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems. -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -detail oriented demeanor and proactive approach.
