Description
We are in search of a HR Generalist to join our team located in KANEOHE, Hawaii. This role centers around managing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and collaborating with team members to understand staffing needs in a healthcare industry setting. As an HR Generalist with us, your contribution will go far beyond day-to-day HR operations. You will play an integral role in strategic decision-making, drive best practices in employee relations, and champion HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities:
• Organize, initiate, and manage the recruitment process by creating job postings on suitable platforms.
• Track candidates effectively and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates, review resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with potential hires.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Collaborate with team members to understand staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans accordingly.
• Leverage prior experience in the healthcare industry to understand job requirements and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation complies with regulations.
• Utilize communication and decision-making skills to resolve employee relations and FMLA issues.
• Carry out compliance and benefit functions as required.
Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
• Demonstrable experience in managing Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures
• Previous experience in handling Employee Relations
• Knowledgeable about FMLA regulations and processes
• Prior experience in the HealthCare Industry would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
