　　OE Tire Development Engineer.

　　The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Akron, OH. Work with OE Tire Development to coordinate cross-functional global resources to support OE Tire Development. Work with Global Technical Center and Regional OE Tire Development teams to advise on development of tire prediction tools. Transfer OEM vehicle uniformity requirements to manufacturing and testing requirements. Accelerate tire technologies and materials to meet increasing performance demands driven by electrification of OE vehicles.

　　BS degree (or foreign equivalent) in Materials Science & Engineering, Materials Science or related. 5 years of progressive, post grad employment as an Automotive Engineer, Tire Developer, Research Engineer or related. 5 years of experience as research engineer within OE Tire Development function. 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams in noise, vibration, and harshness, finite element analysis tire testing, material testing and track testing to support OE tire development. 1 year of experience transferring OEM vehicle performance requirements to design, manufacturing, and testing requirements.
