　　Position Summary:

　　This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outlet according to department policies and procedures.

　　Primary Duties and Responsibilities:includes but not limited to:

　　Maintains outlet cleanliness including but not limited to tables and trays, sweeping floors, keeping the area free of debris and emptying trash

　　Sets up and maintains guest condiment areas for stock and cleanliness

　　Returns trays to the individual outlets

　　Performs side work and opening/closing duties, as directed by management

　　Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Communicates outlet inventory needs and furniture/fixture maintenance problems to management

　　Relates to guests and provides information regarding casino amenities and events, as needed

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

　　Proficient in outlet operations and standards of serviceTraining Requirements:

　　Outlet-specific standard operating proceduresPhysical Demands and Work Environment:

　　Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

　　Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time

　　Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions

　　Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
