Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and educating patients on health management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado.

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
