JOB REQUIREMENTS: 4NW is a 31 bed mixed acuity care unit thatspecializes in the care of orthopedic and neurological patients. OurOrthopedic patients includejoint replacements,traumatic fractures andinjuries to the extremities, and back pain.4NW also cares for a varietyof both medical and surgical neurological patients including stroke,movement disorders, traumatic brain/spinalinjuries, and mixedneurosurgical patients. All nursing staff are NIHSS stroke certified andall caregivers receive specialized training to promote safe and earlymobilization of post-surgical joint patients. We are very proud torepresent two Centers of Excellence recognized by theJoint Commission.The Joint Replacement Center of Excellence for both Hip and Knee focuseson creating the best and safest patient experience for our jointreplacement patients. The Stroke Center of Excellence focuses on thebest care and treatment for our stroke patients. Hours: 8hr PM shift of3:00pm- 11:30pm. Every other weekend rotation and a holiday rotation.This is not a temporary or seasonal position. Starting from \$18.00/hr(increases with expereince) Full-time / Part-time: Part Time withBenefits FTE: 0.60 What You Will Do: Assist the nursing team with avariety of patient care activities related to services necessary incaring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients.Assist with administrative type tasks for the nursing team. Assist withpatient\'s personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed. Support thenursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically andadministrative.
