Kforce has a client seeking a Service Desk AI Chat Engineer to join their team in Chicago, IL.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other teams who want new intents added to the chat solution for their applications and services that they support
Run frequent health checks and conduct meetings with support stakeholders
Conduct knowledge curation meetings with support stakeholders and track updates made
Validate functionality in production and lower environments after maintenance has occurred
Perform crawls of data sources to ingest new knowledge articles and catalog items from ServiceNow and other domains
Maintain a high auto-resolution rate of the virtual agent
Monitor and maintain intent phrase and collision health
Engage in the process of new applications being onboarded by the Firm so that chat intents and topics get created for self-help support
Analysis of unresolved intents for continuous improvement
Build and maintain intents for the Firm's virtual assistant chat solution, including running crawls and retrains, on production and lower environments
Bachelor's degree or certification in a related area (e.g., computer science, programming or similar)
2 years of experience in a virtual agent chat or machine learning solution role
Knowledge of Conversational chat and ML concepts such as Natural Language Processing, Ontology, and Intent Learning
Experience applying the above concepts to a chatbot
Experience standing up or transitioning to a new chatbot solution for an Enterprise
Experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Experience in Generative AI concepts and solutions for an Enterprise
Experience coding in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, C or similar)
Skilled in Knowledge Management concepts and implementation
Experience as a ServiceNow System Admin and/or Virtual Agent Admin
Experience with third party AI systems for an AI virtual assistant (Aisera, Avaamo, CoPilot, etc.)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
