Growing manufacturing company seeking to fill Shop Helper for their team!

　　As a Shop Helper, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the grinding department. You will operate grinding machines, utilize micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect machined parts, and assist in CNC operations. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry

　　Description:

　　They will be making Cylinder Heads for recreational airplanes: Our candidates will need to do the following:

　　o Be able to lift and handle these Cylinder heads through the day (20-30 pounds so it is SOMEWHAT physical)

　　o Grind and debur parts in between the flanges pictures

　　o Measure and inspect parts (will be using a micrometers/calipers – they would like people to have some exposure to these tools).

　　o Documentation of work done, defects both on computer and traveler

　　o Operate a CNC mill – they have a variety of different machines, but don’t need to do any setups

　　o Need someone mechanically inclined (work with hand tools, grinders, measurement tools, etc)

　　Pay/Shift

　　Shift- All shift available

　　Pay - $19hr - $25hr Plus shift differential

　　Clean Climate Controlled Working Area
