　　Position Overview:

　　This position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of activities related to product factory acceptance testing and final inspection activities when an onsite or remote 3rd party inspection representative is a customer requirement.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Understand product process flow and timing for notifying an inspection timeframe with customers and their 3rd party representatives, in line with the planned delivery schedule.

　　Coordinate activities between staff members in planning, production and quality with availability of 3rd party inspectors.

　　Issue notice of inspection documentation electronically and verbally as required by unique customer requirements.

　　Monitor and adjust witness scheduling dates based on production pace and notification windows to ensure readiness of 3rd party inspectors when product reaches the testing and final inspection phases.

　　Liaise with project management, customers, 3rd party inspectors, production leaders and production staff daily to align priorities and schedule shifts.

　　Education and Experience:

　　High School Diploma or GED required

　　2 Yr. Associates or higher preferred

　　Production planning experience greater than 2 years

　　Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

　　Excellent skillset with MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

　　MRP supply and demand understanding

　　Ability to rapidly learn and functionally use organization specific electronic application tools

　　Ability to understand and work cross-functionally through all business operations related to hardware sales and delivery
