After completing ouraward-winning training, you attain or exceed your monthly quota byproviding dedicated account management and working a strategic salesplan. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within anoffice environment and travel regularly. WHAT OUR NATIONAL ACCOUNTMANAGERS ENJOY MOST Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won aBrandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in SalesEnablement and Performance Tools. Travel and consult with establishedand prospective clients to develop product solutions. Engage clientswith comprehensive account management, face-to-face needs analysis andproduct proposals and presentations. Identify target markets, industriesand contacts for a product portfolio by implementing a strategic salesplan. Build a network through referrals, prospecting, calls, trade showsand peers. Qualify leads through site survey requests and the submissionof an ROI. WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE RequiredQualifications Experience: Eight or more years of telecommunicationssales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals. Education:Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Technical Skills: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks andfiber connected networks. Skills: Relationship-building, negotiation,closing and English communication skills. Abilities: Quick learner withthe ability to manage change and shifting priorities. Travel: Travel upto 50% of the time. Must have valid driver\'s license and safe drivingrecord. Preferred Qualifications Familiar with Salesforce, Outreach,Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
