　　OVERALL ROLE

　　To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies.

　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Operations and Maintenance

　　Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and service level agreements

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Willing to report on client location in TaguigWilling to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needsGood PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systemsKnowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems.Experience of working on critical systemsMinimum 3 years’ experience in Building Services fieldHolder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering
