About the Role

　　フィールドMSLまたは　リモートMSL

　　医療/科学コミュニティとの連絡役として、医療従事者/専門家（HCPs）およびHCSとの関係性の構築に貢献いただきます。また主要なステークホルダーの教育や研究ニーズとノバルティスの利用可能なリソースを組み合わせることで、特定のHCPからの問い合わせに応じて最新のデータを提供します。

　　• HCP/HCS/患者からの情報収集と、ノバルティスの開発計画、試験デザイン、上市戦略および戦術に影響を与える可能性のある実用的なインサイトの生成

　　• 日本の医療フランチャイズおよびMedical Excellence and Executionと連携したフィールド医療戦略• 戦術プラン（MEEP）の計画• 実行

　　• NGEをフルに活用したフィールドメディカル向けの新しい顧客エンゲージメントモデルを加速させるためのリード

　　• コマーシャル担当者と連携し、地域特有の課題やHCPのニーズを理解し、コミュニティ• オブ• プラクティスを発展• 維持すること

　　• HCP/HCSとのタイムリーで確実な科学的議論をサポートするためのフィールドメディカルチームへの最新の科学的トレーニング

　　• 適切なポジショニングと患者アクセスを確保するためのガイドライン関連コミュニケーション

　　• KPIの分析、ダッシュボードの報告、日本MSLの価値に関するコミュニケーションを通じて日本MSLの有効性を全体的に把握し、日本MSLの価値と影響をより広い組織に伝える。
