About the Role

　　As our Associate Director IT Quality Assurance, Web Social & Mobile you will be the point of contact for Compliance & Quality Management and co-leading the strategic alignment of the technology roadmap to business strategy, transformation objectives and value for web social mobile platform management team.

　　In this role you will interact with a variety of senior business leaders on websites and applications that support Healthcare Practitioners in their work and help them provide a positive impact on patients lives!

　　YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　- Lead project compliance work streams and responsible for end-to-end quality and compliance aspect of the platform / project and qualification/validation work you're doing, perform impact analysis and risk assessments, to ensure requirements coverage.

　　- Manages compliance of the system during its lifecycle, with regards to Regulatory and Novartis Internal Standards. This is performed through document reviews & coordination of various activities including testing, performing Project Tollgates etc.

　　- Author key qualification/validation work, provide GxP related validation expertise and Partner with key business leaders (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Risk and Compliance, etc.) in defining the CSV strategy.

　　- Be detail oriented with CSV and Document Management i.e. build, review, update and approve CSV work including Validation Assessment, Validation Plan, Test Plan, Qualification scripts (IQ, OQ, PQ), Test protocols and reports and Validation Summary Report.

　　- Provide quality governance support on the web, social, mobile application landscape

　　- Ensure the web, social and mobile platforms are Audit / Inspection ready.

　　- Support Audit / Inspections with respect to quality and compliance for web, social, mobile platforms

　　Role Requirements

　　ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

　　- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business/technical/scientific area

　　- At least 10+ years in handling complex CSV projects, information security and risk management

　　- Experience with Web, Mobile and Social platforms and technologies

　　- Good experience with Business risk management & IT Governance, Information Security, Computer Software Assurance ( CSA) , Compliance and IT Control implementation

　　- Experience of SDLC (Waterfall/Agile /DevOps) methodologies and responsible for tracking, monitoring and controlling validation process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the system to the business users.

　　- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

　　DESIRABLE:

　　- Experience with Test Management and Automation is a plus

　　- Professional certification, such as CISM , CISA , ISO 27001 auditor, CRISC

　　- Strong knowledge in Information Management Policy and framework, Information Security tools
