This position is a second shift opportunity from 3:00pm - 12:00am Monday through Friday; ability to work overtime as needed.

　　JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY)

　　The MRO/Parts Purchaser will aid and support the maintenance department by keeping accurate inventory in SAP and complete parts cycle counts. Order parts as needed to ensure the plant has adequate parts on hand. Create P.O.#’s and work closely with goods receiver. Create an excel spreadsheet of vendor part numbers and SAP part numbers as well as keep an up-to-date list of our vendors with after hour emergency information. This position will work closely with outside vendors.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

　　Maintenance

　　· Parts inventory

　　· Parts cycle counts

　　· Minimum/Maximum of parts based on historical usage

　　· Vendor manage items with outside vendors, create positive relationships

　　· P.O. # generation of parts needed and order

　　· Work closely with goods receiver to make sure goods are received in the system (SAP)

　　· Create a spreadsheet for vendor part number and our SAP numbers so we have the ability to look up both ways

　　· Keep the parts area organized and clean

　　· Create a parts system by location

　　· Provide a list of vendors and all contact information including after-hours emergencies

　　· Any food safety or quality incidents must be reported to leadership immediately

　　· Other duties as assigned

　　WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:

　　· SAP experience preferred but not required

　　· Previous experience in maintenance manufacturing preferred but not required
