About MR Advanced Application Intern

Your role:

1.包括协助区域培训班项目的策划和预算分配，确保预算和场地培训均顺利进行。同时开具相关采购订单。

2.与第三方外援培训代理商对接，处理账单及付款报批事宜，保障培训资源的充分利用。

3.负责整理和分析部门内部的预算数据，协助完成培训预算的月度更新，为未来的培训项目和决策提供有力的数据支持。

4.协助管理和运营磁共振培训部的官方公众号“飞悦好影像”，包括推文的设计、排版和推送。

5.协助完成飞利浦内部材料的翻译校对工作。

You're the right fit if:

一周至少办公3天以上，能接受适当加班

具备良好的沟通能力，熟练掌握office办公软件，尤其是熟悉Excel透视表，及vlookup等常用数据分析函数，会用thinkcell制作成图表进行可视化分析，有一定的PPT基础，逻辑性强。

英文需要基本读写能力
