Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the industry located in JACKSONVILLE, Florida, United States. The Help Desk Analyst I will be responsible for various tasks including PC deployments, software installation, and asset retrieval. This role involves significant interaction with different technologies and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle onboarding and PC deployments with efficiency and precision

• Manage software installation through Intune, ensuring all systems are up to date

• Proactively address a backlog of tickets related to exits and asset retrieval

• Maintain regular communication with team members and clients to ensure the smooth running of operations

• Use ITSM Tools to streamline and automate processes where possible

• Utilize knowledge of Cisco and Citrix Technologies to solve complex problems

• Manage and troubleshoot issues with Mac Computers and Apple Devices

• Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions

• Ensure the proper configuration management of all systems

• Refresh PCs as needed to maintain optimal performance

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is required.

• Hands-on experience with Mac Computers is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications is needed.

• Knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory.

• Ability to work with Apple Devices is crucial.

• Experience with Computer Hardware is required.

• Proven experience in Configuration Management is essential.

• Experience with Deployments is necessary.

• Ability to use Refresher tools is beneficial.

• Experience with ITSM Tools is important.
