JOB REQUIREMENTS: ***\$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE*** As a clinicassistant at Westfields Hospital & Clinic, you are responsible for avariety of patient care duties and other related duties in the clinicalsetting that include documentation of medical information,administration of medications/vaccinations and treatments, as well asobtaining medical histories, vital signs, etc. The clinic assistantassists the healthcare providers in the timely delivery of services perphysician/RN direction and according to Clinic policies and procedures.All programs and activities are designed to support the short- andlong-term mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Westfields Hospital& Clinic. Work Schedule: .8 FTE/36 hours per week. Day shifts (one earlymorning and one later evening shift) with an occassional weekendmorning. Required Qualifications: High School diploma/equivalent.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (currentcertification as a MA preferred), current LPN licensure in the State ofWisconsin, or graduate of an accredited EMT program. Current CPRcertification required within 6 months of hire and maintained whileemployed.
