SUMMARY:
Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a large variety ofcommercial plumbing systems. Repair and maintain kitchen and laundry equipmentsuch as steamers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, booster heaters andmixers. Maintain domestic hot water and heat circulating pumps. Coordinatewith and provide alternate ideas to school sites for space use changes.

Description of Job Tasks
Trouble shoot, repair and maintain plumbing equipment including but notlimited to, faucets, grease traps, flush valves, sinks, waterheaters, commodes, drinking fountains, domestic water heater pumps,flush meters, backflow prevention devices and valves and water meters.Maintain all district child nutrition kitchen equipment such as steamers,dishwashers, ovens, ranges, booster heaters and mixers; maintaindistrict laund
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs in all districtfacilities including but to limited to, domestic water systems and relateddevices and sanitary waste drainage. Assist master plumber as needed inmaintaining and testing state mandated items including grease traps,domestic water treatment systems, well systems, backflow preventers,septic tanks, boiler safety devices and water purification systems as needed.
Use progressive methodology for maintaining department parts inventoriesand keep accurate records of plumbing work completed throughout the districtutilizing the district's computer maintenance management system.
Assist team members in collaborating, designing and installing plumbingsite use changes.
Ability to respond to emergency repair calls 24 hours a day as needed.
Attend work and arrive in a timely manner.
Test and maintain good quality water in hot water heating systems.
Respond as essential personnel in case of an emergency, weather orenvironmental event, and/or school/facility/district closure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSE:
High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent plusvocational school or short term courses in commercial plumbing installationand maintenance
More than three of experience with commercial plumbing installation andmaintenance
Criminal background check required for hire
Must meet District driver insurability requirements
Valid Colorado driver's license
