Member Experience Manager Anytime Fitness is currently seeking qualified personal trainers who want to lead a team of trainers that can deliver  fantastic workouts  to our clients. This position requires a strong ability to educate members and potential members about personal training services we offer, manage time, coach, and motivate multiple clients in a group setting and 1:1 setting. The Member Experience Manager must be able to motivate members and a team of trainers. Responsibilities * Lead the personal training team and lead member experience at the club * Follow up on sales leads and build a pipeline of prospective new members * Actively participate in community-sponsored events and other outside opportunities to promote the club * Network within the fitness industry and other outside industries to drive recognition and interest in the club * Give tours to prospective member and enrolling prospects after tour process * Provide good member service to members and prospective members and assist in resolving issues that arise. * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are required as is a current nationally recognized certification such as NASM or ACE * Previous PT management experience is preferred in either a fitness facility. * Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry * Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, Club Ready, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus) * Desire to be in sales and willing to call prospects and market our club and membership * Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals   BENEFITS * Competitive base salary ranging $42,000 - $52,000 based on experience with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses * Opportunity for growth & development within the company. * Health Benefits - HRA for qualified employees. * Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay * 401K with profit sharing * Tuition assistance to obtain NASM Personal Training Certification * Uniforms provided, fitness casual dress code * Gym membership We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
