Adecco Medical & Science is looking for a Remote Mental Health Clinician role for their local client.

　　Shift - 8HRS/WEEK

　　(Can work on Thursday and Friday and can pick a 4 hours shift either 10-2 or 2-6)

　　Pay - 50/HR

　　Summary

　　Provides oversight for the quality of contacts and customer service as the team leader for the shift during assigned hours.

　　Performs duties relevant to a lead position and promotes achievement of the goals and objectives of the unit and UBHC.

　　Interacts with all individuals who contact the Call Center in a "customer friendly" manner, taking initiative in engaging individuals in a tactful manner and communicating in an empathic and concerned fashion.

　　Provides an in-depth clinical assessment for individuals at risk and responds by providing an appropriate disposition.

　　Provides direct care services consistent with philosophy of UBHC. (Person Centered Care , Group Facilitation , Co-occurring , Case protocol ,physical health )

　　Demonstrates good work habits and works effectively in the Call Center environment.

　　Documents assessments, interventions, and interactions with individuals served according to the time frames and quality guidelines established by policy and applicable accrediting organization standards.

　　Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the field.

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS -

　　To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

　　Master's Degree in mental health discipline plus two (2) years post-master's experience in the mental health field, or Doctorate. Applicants possessing a degree in Social Work must have an active New Jersey certification/licensure as required by the New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners.

　　Ability to speak clearly and write proficiently.

　　Handles phone requests under time and decision-making pressure.
