Description:

　　Accurately post and reconcile patient payments, adjustments, and denials in the billing system.

　　Ensure proper allocation of payments and adjustments to appropriate patient accounts.

　　Identify and resolve posting discrepancies and billing issues, working closely with other departments as needed.

　　Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advice to identify payment discrepancies and take appropriate actions.

　　Investigate and resolve denied claims by identifying coding or billing errors and initiating appeals or resubmissions.

　　Collaborate with insurance companies, payers, and other stakeholders to resolve payment and reimbursement issues.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Proficiency in payment posting and reconciliation using EMR's

　　Familiarity with insurance EOBs, remittance advice, and denial management processes.

　　Excellent understanding of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems.
