The role pays $20/hr and is long term possible temp-hire.

　　Develop product and process knowledge relating to daily responsibilities

　　Effectively meeting daily deadlines as determined by specific responsibilities within department

　　Identify and mitigate risk posed to the Firm through escalation to management

　　Develop working relationships with peers and senior people in Trading, Support, Technology, and Operations

　　Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are understood and adhered to, i.e., segregation of duties, money-laundering rules, exchange deadlines, etc.
