　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Environmental Scientist to join our team!

　　What You'll Be Doi ng

　　We currently seek a full time Environmental Professional who will focus on execution of field operations with a focus on safety, efficiency and compliance with procedures. In all circumstances they must be able to take prime responsibility for the execution of the work. The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to the following:

　　Performs various office tasks requiring the application of basic scientific principles and fundamental theories.

　　Researches and compiles background data in support of an environmental project.

　　Work with project coordinators/managers, using interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.

　　Reviews and analyzes data collected in environmental sampling programs.

　　Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate such as technical report writing.

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Bachelor's Degree in a curriculum related to the assigned discipline (i.e. science, civil, environmental, chemical, geological engineering or similar programs).

　　3+ year's of relevant work experience

　　Ability to work independently and with a team.

　　Excellent written and oral communications skills.

　　Maturity in interaction and ability to operate self-sufficiently.

　　A valid driver’s license.

　　What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Preference to candidates with 1 or more years experience in the environmental consulting sector.

　　Experience working on downstream oil & gas sites would be considered an asset.
