Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist

Work location: 3142 Horizon Road – Suite 209 Rockwall, Texas 75032

Work environment: Family Care

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (7:00am – 4:00pm); Fridays (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Here’s What You Need:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

· Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED)

· Medical Background (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

· Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic

· Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

· Schedule appointments according to office guidelines

· Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts

· Prepare charts for patients’ appointments making sure all necessary information is complete
