Robert Half is actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire position in a professional services environment. The candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have at least 5 years of experience. This is an

Responsibilities:

Maintain and balance general ledgers.

Ensure accuracy of invoicing and receipt of payments.

Monitor financial transactions and reports.

Process accounts receivable and payable.

Produce financial statements including profit and loss account, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, etc.

Assist in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Compile analyses and reports of business transactions.

Perform account analysis to ensure entries and balances are correct

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a MUST.

Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
