Required: * Certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationallyaccredited program (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, or AMT with a current MedicalAssistant Certification or License (CMA) * BLS certification * Solidunderstanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcarepractices * Adheres to all policies and procedures in performing jobduties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high-qualityand excellent customer service * Strong attention to detail andaccuracy in maintaining medical records * Skill to multitask,prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment *Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the organization\'sbest interest * Travel to other locations Preferred: * Minimum of 1year of prior outpatient medical assistant experience Summary:Responsibilities include a variety of hands-on patient care duties,including assisting with patient flow, rooming patients, assisting ingeneral dermatology and cosmetic procedures, surgery assisting,Electronic Medical Recording scribing on an iPad, lab duties, and more.Hours: * 3 days/week * 10 hour shifts
