　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Logistics Manager III to join our team in San Antonio, TX supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Logistics Manager III supervises logistics staff and consults on the implementation and sustainment of IT and autonomous inventory management systems.

　　They develop plans and processes to analyze data, identify and reduce excess inventory, increase allowances, and spare quantities for all assets.

　　They review and approve standard and ad hoc reports for management from logistics-related systems as required.

　　They direct and consult with Logistics Analysis on best approaches to provide supply activities for the requisition, receipt, storage, shipment and issue of parts, materials, and equipment required for the development, deployment, installation, and operation of IT Systems that are within scope of the Maverick Tasks.

　　Other duties may include conducting site assessments to identify problems and assist the NSIN and its mission partners with determining what IT elements are needed for system implementation.

　　In addition, they consult with NSIN and mission partners and collaborate with SMEs on the most applicable types and uses of state-of-the-art commercial items needed for projects that enable full system development support for machinery and installation of logistics software to modernize DoD efforts to improve supply chain management processes for procurement, inventory, and distribution management to achieve globally responsive, sustainable, and cost-effective logistics and material readiness.

　　They recruit, hire, develop, and retain talented Logistics Analysts to provide a quality logistics management service.

　　They are accountable for the quality of services and deliverables of the logistics staff. They provide point-to-point coordination of IT delivery between departure and arrival destinations for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This position may require 20% to 30% domestic and international travel.

　　The Logistics Manager III is a senior role with extensive managerial experience in all aspects of supply chain management and modernization efforts.

　　The Logistics Manager III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.

　　5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or related discipline.

　　Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint. Experience in data, project, and time management.

　　Experience with problem-solving skills, logistics data analytics, and metrics collection, and reporting.

　　Security Clearance:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
