Job Summary: The PPAP -- Validation Specialist will work with customers (internal and external) to develop documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits. Responsibilities Include: Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP's and maintaining the PPAP samples.Develop and write Validation Documents: Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, IQ- OQ- PQ, Validation Summary Report.Develop Control Plans, PFMEA's, and Process Flow Charts.Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.Plan and perform MSA's and Gage R & R's.Plan and perform process capability studies.Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOE's).Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.Identify and implement continuous improvements.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements:2-3 years of electronic manufacturing experience.Knowledge of printed circuit board assemblies and industry standards.ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 experience.Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.This is not a remote position.
